4th of July Centerpieces
Celebrate The United States Independence day, 4th of July, with party supplies, decorations, and homemade patriotic centerpieces. Ever party table needs a centerpiece so why not use a few arts & crafts materials to make a centerpiece that stands out for a 4th of July party. There are numerous centerpieces to consider such as votive candles filled with colored salt or sand (red, white, and blue). Fill a clear glass with sand so that a votive candle placed on top falls just below the rim. Set the glass inside a clear glass vase or jar. Using a funnel, fill the gap between the two glasses alternating colors with layers of colored sand until the sand reaches near the top.
Other 4th of July handmade centerpieces include placing American Flags inside a red, white, and blue painted tin bucket. Tie a ribbon around the bucket and place Styrofoam inside the bucket to hold the American Flags in place. To create some additional flare, use red, white, and blue beads or stones over the Styrofoam around the flagsticks. Pinwheels can easily be made from colored paper attached to sticks. Use pinwheels in place of the flags or in addition to as well.
4th of July votives also make great homemade centerpieces. Group together different sized clear glasses and apply red, white, and blue glassine paper around the glasses. Create different patterns such as stars etc. Place various candies and other treats inside the votives.
