Red, White, and Blue Jello Mold Recipe
The 4th of July is the American celebration of freedom. This is one of the most patriotic celebrations, and the perfect time for a party. Cookouts are very popular for a 4th of July Theme Party. However, the desserts can have a very patriotic theme. A red, white, and blue Jello mold is the perfect patriotic dessert and it is healthier than most desserts.

To make a red, white, and blue Jello mold, you will need the following items:
1 6-ounce package strawberry Jello
1 10-ounce package frozen strawberries
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 8-ounce container of sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 6-ounce package blackberry Jello
2 cups frozen blueberries
Mix 2 cups of boiling water with the strawberry Jello until fully dissolved. Pour in the frozen strawberries and chill until the Jello begins to thicken. Stir to evenly distribute the strawberries, and pour into a lightly greased 11 cup Jello mold. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth and well blended. Mix ¼ cup of cold water and unflavored gelatin in a small custard bowl. Place in a skillet with ½ inch of boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved and mix with the cream cheese mixture. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry Jello. Add 2 cups of boiling water to the blackberry Jello until dissolved, and add the frozen blueberries. Refrigerate until the Jello begins to thicken. Stir to distribute the blueberries and spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate overnight. Serve the mold on a serving tray. Make sure to refrigerate between the making of each layer.
