Next, mix 2 cups of flour, 3 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of soda in a bowl. Then stir in 1 2/3 cups of sugar, ½ cup of coconut (shredded works best) and ½ cup of chopped nuts. Next, add 3 eggs, 2 cups of mangoes, 2/3 cup of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of vanilla flavoring and mix thoroughly. Once the mixture is smooth pour it into the pan and bake at 375° for approximately 50-60 minutes, checking frequently. Once the Aloha bread has been baked slice it into pieces and place in coconut bowls making perfect Aloha party centerpieces.
