Use the following recipe to make adorable baby shaped sandwiches for your next baby shower.
2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple
½ Cup of chopped pecans
Blue food coloring if the mother is expecting a girl
Or
Pink food if the mother is expecting a girl
Sandwich bread
Mix the cream cheese, pineapple, pecans, and food coloring together until well blended. Spread the mixture onto one slice of bread and top with another piece of bread. Place a boy or girl shaped cookie cutter in the middle of the sandwich and press down to cut out a boy or girl shape. Place the boy or girl shaped sandwiches on a serving platter.
