Use the following recipe to make great tasting Oreo balls for the Bat Mitzvah.
18 Ounce package of Oreo brand cookies
1 Ounce package of cream cheese
14 Ounces of white chocolate bark, or 2 cups of white chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon of butter
Crush the Oreo cookies in a plastic bag until they are fine crumbs. Use an electric mixer to blend together the cookies and the cream cheese. Put the cookie mixture in the freezer for about an hour. Melt together the chocolate and the butter using a double boiler. Take the mixture out of the freezer and roll into small balls. Use a toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate until the balls are completely covered. Place the balls on a cookie sheet until the chocolate hardens. The Oreo balls can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
