Place the fruit, milk, and yogurt into a blender and add 6 ice cubes, crushed if possible. Blend it all together, and there you have it – a great and healthy drink and dessert all in one!
As for the chips and dips, go with celery sticks, carrot sticks, radishes, and tomatoes. Provide a cheddar cheese dip and an onion dip, so that the girls will have a choice there, too.
