Chocolate Cups With Strawberries Recipe

Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler. Add the milk to give the chocolate a creamy texture. Spread the chocolate on the sides and bottom of the cupcake papers. Make sure that the sides and bottoms are completely covered with chocolate about ¼ inch thick. Place the cupcake papers in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Remove the paper from the chocolate and place on a serving platter. Cut the tops off of the strawberries. Place one strawberry upside down in each chocolate cup. Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Place a small dollop of Cool-whip on each strawberry before serving.
