The following white cake recipe is ideal for your cupcakes for your casino themed party. First, line then line the cupcake pans with casino themed cupcake liners. Then preheat your oven to 350° and prepare the cupcake batter accordingly by mixing the following ingredients in a bowl: 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking of powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of salt. Then add ½ cup of margarine or butter and then mix thoroughly until very smooth. At this time, add 1 ½ cups of sugar, four egg whites, 1 cup of buttermilk along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla and then mix again for approximately two minutes using an electric mixer. Finally, neatly spoon the batter into the cupcake pans that were previously lined with golf related liners and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, checking after about 20 minutes. After the cupcakes have cooled, they can be decorated with various colors of icing(this can be done by adding different colors of food coloring to white icing and mixing). After the cupcakes are frosted, various casino style cupcake toppers can be added. Additionally, black frosting can be used to draw small roulette wheels on each cupcake.
