is the wonderful Mexican food that is served. Fajita roll-ups are great to serve because they are easy to put together, and look great when laid out on a serving platter.
You will need the following ingredients to make fajita roll-ups.
12 ounces beef flank cut into strips
4 8-inch flour tortillas
Nonstick cooking spray
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
Coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add steak, onion, green pepper, and tomato into the skillet. Cook over medium heat until the steak is thoroughly cooked. Drain the juices and add tomatoes and Italian salad dressing. Place the flour tortillas in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the tortillas are warm and soft. Divide the meat mixture among the four tortillas and roll up. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
