Then bake for fifteen to twenty minutes, checking on them after fifteen minutes. Take a toothpick to test the cupcakes at this time. Place the toothpick in the middle of the cupcake; if it comes out clear then they are finished, if not then bake a little longer. After they have cooled, use a can of ready made frosting and spread over the cupcakes.
