Good food is essential to a Finding Nemo party. Burgers are always a hit at parties, so try this recipe for barbecued pan burgers. To make them, you'll need:

1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons shortening
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
Dash pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 diced green pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 clove minced garlic
1-6 ounce can tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 ts Brown sugar
2 tb White vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 cup Water

In a large bowl, combine the beef with all of the above-mentioned ingredients. Mix well (your hands are good for this). Shape the meat into patties and cook in a pan on medium heat for about four to six minutes on each side. You can also cook these burgers on an outdoor grill. Serve burgers on hamburger buns with all your favorite condiments.

Feel free to increase the recipe as much as you need to. As a tip, don't press the burgers while they're cooking, because this just squeezes all the yummy juices out. These burgers are sure to add to the festiveness of a Finding Nemo party.
