1 large stem of lavender
Bring the water, sugar, mint, and lavender stem to a boil. Remove from heat and let steep for about 20 minutes. Strain in a colander that is lined with cotton cheesecloth into a large punch bowl. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and tea to the flavored water. Mix well and chill for at least 2 hours. Add the club soda right before serving. Sprinkle the flower petals onto the punch. Serve in regular punch glasses.
