A graduation party is a great way to show the graduate in your family how proud of them you are. Friends and family of the graduate love the opportunity to gather together on this special occasion. Use the following recipe to make these adorable graduation cap cupcakes.

1 Package of yellow cake mix
1 Envelope of Kool-Aid Orange Flavor Unsweetened Soft Drink Mix
2/3 Cup of melted Baker’s Dark Semi-Sweet Dipping Chocolate
12 Honey Maid Honey Grahams broken into 24 squares
2 Cups of thawed Cool Whip
2 Chewy fruit snack rolls, any color
24 Jelly beans to match the color of the fruit snack roll
Mix the cake mix batter as instructed on the back of the cake box. Add the orange flavored drink mix to the batter. Spoon the cake mix into cupcake papers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick can be inserted in the middle and it comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool and then remove them from the paper. Place upside down on a serving tray. Use a wooden dowel to poke a hole in the middle of the cupcake. Place Cool Whip in a plastic Ziploc bag with the corner cut off. Squeeze the Cool Whip in the middle of the cupcakes, and on the top of the cupcakes. Save a small amount in the bag. Pour a teaspoon of melted chocolate onto the top of the graham crackers and spread to cover the top of the crackers. Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens. Place the graham crackers on top of the cupcakes with the chocolate side up. Cut the fruit rolls into 34 long pieces. Cut short strips into the end of the fruit strips and roll lengthwise to make a tassel. Place a dab of Cool Whip in the middle of the graham cracker and top with a jelly bean and tassel to look like a graduation cap.
