Patchwork Wheel of Brie Recipe

Making a patchwork wheel of brie is easy with this recipe.
5 lb. round of brie
½ cup of dried cranberries
½ cup of walnuts, finely chopped
½ cup of fresh dill or chives, chopped
¼ cup of poppy seeds
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Toasted bread rounds
Use a sharp knife and carefully cut and remove the rind from the top of the cheese. Use a small knife and score the cheese into 10 equal pie shaped sections. If the almonds are not pre-toasted, you can toast them by broiling them for 1-2 minutes. Toast the bread rounds by broiling them for 1-2 minutes on each side or until toasted. Sprinkle half of each topping evenly among the 10 wedges, so that you have two sections of each topping. Gently press the toppings down so that they stick on the cheese. Allow to stand at room temperature for 40 minutes before serving. Serve with the toasted bread rounds.
