Water (as called for on the back of the cake box)
4 eggs
1 packet of cook and serve vanilla pudding
White frosting of choice
Almond Joy candy bars
White jelly beans
Black decorators frosting
Watermelon slice candy
Brown mini M&M’s
Chocolate cookie
Mix the cake mix, oil, water, eggs, and pudding together until well combined. Pour into cupcake liners and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick can be inserted into the middle and comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool. Cut out a hole the width of the candy bar out of the middle of the cupcake. Place the candy bar inside, and frost the cupcake. Cut down two jellybeans and place them on the candy bar to make eyes. Dot the eyes with the black decorating gel. Cut a tiny triangle piece for a nose, rectangle pieces of jellybeans for the teeth, and set out four M&M’s for ears and cheeks. Place the rest of the face together using frosting as glue. Crumble the chocolate cookie on top to make it look like the groundhog is coming out of the dirt. Serve the cupcakes right as the groundhog is coming out of the ground for an extra special effect.
