When a person is thinking of creating a homemade centerpiece with a hippy theme they will find that there are number of different ones to choose from. One might even think of the many symbols that represented the era of the 60’s such as tie dye, peace signs, and lava lamps and more. So planning a hippie’s themed party will actually take only a little creativity on your part.
One of the most common homemade centerpieces would be peace and balloons and, what is even better, is that it is simple and inexpensive to create. Simply take brightly covered plates and make a peace symbol. It is important only sturdy plates are used for this project because they will be able to stand better. A person can either find a peace symbol template to use or, they can create one of their own. To create their own they will need to leave the outer circle of the plate whole but, cut out the sections of the middle of the symbol. Next take the peace symbol and place it in the middle of the table and then take several balloons and attach each of them to the signs. For an extra special touch try to use tied died balloons.
