10 large mushrooms
1 can of drained crab meat
1 ½ tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ cup shredded cheese

Remove the stems from of the mushrooms. Finely dice the stems. Mix together the crab meat and mayonnaise. Mix in the stems and cheese and season with desired herbs. Stuff the mushrooms with the filling. Place under your oven broiler for about five minutes. Remove from broiler and serve warm.
