Scoop the batter into a cupcake pan and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or till they are done in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Remove the cupcakes and let them cool down completely.
To frost the Incredible Hulk cupcakes beat ¼ cup shortening, 2 cups powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons milk or cream, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract and 3 drops of butter flavoring until it becomes smooth and fluffy. Make two batches of this frosting one in green and the other in yellow by mixing appropriate food dyes in each batch. Pipe the frosting on the cooled cupcakes using a star tip.
