To make 10 o’clock Greek Style Pizza, use the following recipe.
4 6-inch pita bread rounds
1 7-ounce container hummus
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 of a 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame seed
8 pitted ripe olives, quartered
Fresh oregano leaves
Place the pitas on a baking sheet. Sprinkle ¼ of the hummus, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, and sesame seeds. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted. Top with the olives and oregano leaves if desired. Cut each pizza into four quarters.
