Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 egg
Seasoning salt to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
In medium bowl mix the cream of chicken soup, egg, and seasoning salt until well combined. Dip the chicken in the soup mixture, make sure to turn the chicken to ensure that it gets fully coated, set aside. Mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a Ziploc bag. Put one piece of chicken in the bag and seal. Shake the bag until the chicken is fully coated with the flour mixture. Remove the chicken and set aside. Continue the procedure with the remaining chicken pieces. Let the chicken set until the flour mixture becomes doughy to ensure that it turns out nice and crispy. Fry the chicken in the oil for 7-10 minutes or until the juices run clear. Drain the grease using a paper towel and serve while hot.
