Pour the mixture evenly into the cupcake cups and bake them until they are firm and risen.
Now that the cupcakes are ready, it is time to modify and decorate them according to your Nascar racing theme.
Use racing colors for the icing. Colors like Black, Blue, Red, Grey and sometimes Green and Yellow suit the Nascar Racing cupcakes theme. Use icing in two layers on each cupcake to give a better effect for your theme. Use Red with Black, Grey with White and other similar combinations.
