A nice batch of NFL Football cupcakes is attractive to everyone. Here are a few tips and a recipe for cupcakes that you can use.
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Ό teaspoon baking soda
Ό teaspoon sea salt
½ cup butter, softened
Ό cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup canola oil
3 eggs
Now that you have the ingredients ready, it time to work.
First beat the butter together with the white and brown sugar until smooth. Using an electric mixer will be helpful. Then add an egg and vanilla extract and beat until smooth. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and sea salt and then add this to the main mixture. Mix until well dissolved. Then add the chocolate chips and fold them in until distributed evenly. Make tablespoon sized balls of the dough and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze the dough until it is solid.
Preheat the oven to 350.F. While the oven heats up, break the 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them. Add the cake mix, water and canola oil and continue beating for about 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into cupcake cups filling each about two-thirds. On top of each place a frozen dough from the previous steps. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cakes are firm.
Once the cupcakes are ready, you can proceed to decorating them. Use icing to write player numbers or draw footballs on top of the cupcakes.
