The ingredients needed are as follows: 1 large chopped onion, ½ pound of chopped bacon, ¾ pound of lean ground beef, 1 cup brown sugar, ¼ cup tomato sauce, ¼ barbeque sauce, 1 ½ tablespoons molasses, 14 oz of chili beans, 14 oz of pork and beans, 28 oz of canned baked beans, 1 small can of cranberry sauce, 1 teaspoon chili powder, salt and pepper. In a large pot cook the onion until clear, add in the bacon and ground beef, cook all the way through. Slowly add in the rest of the ingredients into the pot, starting with the dry ingredients and ending with the can of cranberry sauce. Simmer on a low heat on the stove for at least 45 minutes. This mixture will have the party house smelling delicious in no time flat. Cook it up before guests arrive and they will be begging to eat before half time. A great NFL football party isn’t complete with hearty food and this recipe is as hearty as they come.
