Making a Presidents Day homemade centerpiece is tons of fun and very simple to do. Who does not love the taste of macaroni & cheese? This dish is simple but oh so tasty. Shake the bag well to ensure the food coloring covers all of the macaroni. Let the macaroni sit in the bag for 15-20 minutes and then lay it out to dry over night. The next day begin gluing the macaroni or other pasta to the picture. Allow the picture to dry for a few hours and then frame it. Why just frame the picture with a basic frame when painting red, white, and blue is possible.
