1-1/2 cups frozen vanilla or fruit-flavored yogurt
1/2 cup coarsely crushed vanilla wafers or honey or cinnamon graham crackers
1 cup fresh fruit, such as sliced bananas or strawberries; peeled, sliced kiwifruit, peaches, or mangoes; cut-up pineapple; raspberries; and/or blueberries
6 tablespoons strawberry ice cream syrup
1/4 cup frozen light Cool Whip, thawed
2 maraschino cherries with stems
Chill two parfait glasses. Fill the bottom of the glasses with ¼ of the frozen yogurt. Top each glass with 2 tablespoons of crushed wafers, ¼ cup of fruit, and 1 tablespoon of strawberry syrup. Repeat the layers. Top the cups off with ¼ cup of frozen yogurt. Then add Cool Whip and a maraschino cherry. This recipe can be increased if you have more than 2 people. For every 2 extra people, double the original recipe. Your secretaries are sure to love this sweet tasting treat.
