Shamrock Cupcake Recipe
Saint Patrick’s Day has become a holiday that everyone seems to enjoy. The adults like to host parties, and the children love looking around for the leprechauns. Either way Shamrock cupcakes will be a hit at your next St Patricks Day Theme Party. These cupcakes truly represent Saint Patrick’s Day in one tasty treat.

Making Shamrock cupcakes are very easy using the following recipe.
1 box of your favorite yellow cupcake
Water
Oil
4 eggs
1 box of cook and serve vanilla pudding
Green food coloring
2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
½ stick of butter
1 Tablespoon of milk
4 cups of powder sugar
In a large bowl add your cake mix and the amount of water and oil as directed on the package. Instead of adding 3 eggs, add four eggs and the vanilla pudding. This will provide you with moist cupcakes. Add enough green food coloring to turn the batter green. Scoop the batter into your muffin pans and bake according to the back.

In a separate Large bowl add your cream cheese and butter. Mix well until the cream cheese and butter are completely creamed together. Add the milk to the mixture, and then add you powder sugar one cup at a time. If the frosting is too thin, you can add more powder sugar. If the frosting is too thick you can add milk 1 tablespoon at a time. Place 2 cups of frosting in a separate bowl and use the green food coloring to color it green. Place in a Ziploc bag and cut a small piece of the corner off.

Once the cupcakes are done and cooled, you can frost them with the white cream cheese frosting. Use the green frosting in the Ziploc bag to draw out a four leaf clover to your liking on top of the cupcakes. Your guests are sure to love these tasty treats.
