Ideas for Superbowl Centerpieces

Throwing a Superbowl party with plenty of food, drinks, party supplies, and homemade Superbowl centerpieces is not an option but a requirement. Handmade Superbowl centerpieces a cake made to look like a football with the opposing team’s logo or the Superbowl logo in the center. Many people enjoy cupcakes so why not a multi-tiered serving tray full of cupcakes decorated in the opposing teams colors as a Superbowl centerpiece. For those who do not wish to bake then creating a Superbowl centerpiece out of footballs will do the trick. Take 5-6 mini footballs and lean them next to a medium size tin bucket. Print out the Superbowl logo and tape it to the bucket. Inside the bucket place a piece of Styrofoam block. Now stick mini Superbowl and team flags in the Styrofoam. For filler, and to cover the Styrofoam, place candies inside the bucket. The candies can include the team colors of the Superbowl teams. Instead of footballs around the bucket use mini football helmets as well.

Traditional centerpieces are also timeless classics for a homemade Superbowl centerpiece. Flowers are an excellent choice for a centerpiece as well. Choose flowers of the representing teams and tie balloons around the vase. Dress up the party table with a football jersey, referee shirt, football kickstand, cleats, plastic helmets etc. in an interesting arrangement. A centerpiece does not have to be one large item in the middle of the table but a few smaller items cleverly grouped together as well.
