Most people find homemade bread pudding to be one of the easiest desserts to make. The following ingredients should be used for your bread pudding recipe: ½ cup of sugar, 2 ½ cups of milk, 2 eggs (lightly beaten), 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 5 cups of French bread (cut into ½ inch cubes). First, preheat your oven to 350° for approximately fifteen minutes before baking. In a large bowl, mix your two eggs, one half cup of sugar, milk, one teaspoon of vanilla and one and a half teaspoons of cinnamon together until well blended. Then stir in the five cups of bread crumbs. After this has been thoroughly mixed, pour it gently into an ungreased casserole dish (you may want to use two dishes). Bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Test the dish before removing from the oven by taking a fork and poking into the middle of the dish. If the fork comes out clean then the dish is ready. Otherwise, bake for a few more minutes. Most of your Twenties party guests will find the Bread pudding the perfect dessert for this party.
