Set up a dance floor in the center of the party room and encourage everyone to get up and wiggle to the songs. If the kids are shy, a game like musical chairs might be a good idea. This way they will all be in the center of the room, circling the line of chairs, and once the music stops, one will be left out. When all of them, except two, are left on the sidelines, they may be anxious at that point to get up and dance, as the last chair is taken away.

Mix some sugar, corn syrup, water, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Cook this mixture until it is 270 degrees on a candy thermometer. Add some vanilla and green food coloring. It will be brittle. Wearing rubber gloves that are greased, quickly mix in the popcorn, mold a head, and make an opening for the mouth. The body can be molded in sections, or a little at a time. Be as imaginative as possible, using peanut butter for glue, if necessary. Candy corn can act as teeth, red hots can be used for the eyes, and if a small spring is available, the head can even bob up and down. This would make a great centerpiece for the Wiggles theme party.
