1 Cup of white wine
1 Tablespoon of butter
1 Tablespoon of all purpose flour
7 Ounces of cubed Gruyere cheese
7 Ounces of cubed sharp cheddar cheese
7 Ounces of cubed Emmentaler cheese
Bring the wine to a boil in a small saucepan. In a separate saucepan melt the butter and whisk in the flour to form a small ball.
